At AG LEGO Certified Stores, we want to ensure your building experience is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and sealed products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your LEGO set remains in its original, factory-sealed packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to the LEGO box art and attach your return label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
